How do I cancel my subscription and stop automatic payments?

To cancel, go to your workspace settings, select your team, click the settings icon, then choose "Team Information" and click "Unsubscribe." Alternatively, log into your 2CO account and disable auto-renewal under your product settings.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Upon cancellation, team admins receive an email notification. The team will revert to the free plan once the subscription expires, and all whiteboards will be locked in read-only mode. Files remain stored and accessible but cannot be edited.

Can I get a refund for my subscription?

Boardmix generally does not offer refunds after billing has started. We recommend canceling before the next billing cycle. For other inquiries, contact support and provide necessary details.

How can I reactivate a canceled subscription?

To reactivate, visit "Team Settings" under "Team Information." Once the subscription period ends, you will need to subscribe anew, as reactivation isn't available after cancellation.
