What payment options are available and how are payments processed?

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Our transactions are processed through Paddle.com, our trusted reseller, who handles customer service and refunds.

How do Capacities Pro and Capacities Believer differ?

Both plans include the same core features. Believer members gain early access to new beta features and support ongoing development while supporting the product they love.

Are discounts available for subscriptions?

The basic plan remains free for everyone. While Capacities Believer cannot be discounted, you can join the waiting list for Capacities Pro via our website and provide feedback through our pricing survey.

How is VAT handled during payment?

You can add VAT during checkout by clicking the "Add VAT" button, or enter your VAT ID after payment by viewing your receipt and clicking "enter VAT number" to receive a refund confirmation.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through the app's Settings under Subscription & Billing. Your access remains until the current billing cycle ends, with no additional charges.

What happens after canceling a plan?

Your account downgrades to Capacities Basic. Existing content remains intact, but access to premium features will be removed.

What is your refund policy?

If you encounter issues within the first 14 days of subscription, contact us for a full refund. For more details, review our terms and conditions or share your feedback.
