Does Focal train on my data?

No, we do not train our models on your data. Your documents are used solely for retrieving relevant information via retrieval augmented generation (RAG), ensuring accurate and current responses.

Is there a mobile app for Focal?

Currently, Focal is only available on desktop. Mobile app development is underway.

How secure is my data?

Your data is stored on GDPR and SOC2 compliant cloud servers. You have full control, and deletion is permanent. All communications are encrypted end-to-end for maximum security.

What payment options do you accept?
