A workspace groups together members who access and contribute to meeting content in Grain. Members can be invited via email, link, or by domain. Workspace owners manage defaults and memberships.
Who are "Members" in my workspace?
Members are individuals from your organization with Grain accounts. They can be added via email invitations, links, or domain access, with settings adjustable in workspace options.
What’s the difference between Free and Paid seats?
Free seats can view content and add a limited number of recordings. Paid seats can add unlimited recordings and access premium features like transcript downloads and story creation.
Which team members require paid seats?
You only pay for users who need recording capabilities. Free seats can view and collaborate but have limited recording uploads unless upgraded.
Can I mix Free and Paid seats?
Yes, you can have up to 20 free seats after upgrading at least one user to a paid plan. Enterprise plans allow unlimited free seats with minimum paid seats.
When will billing occur?
Billing starts on your subscription date, with pro-rated charges for new paid users. Downgrades or cancellations are reflected at the next billing cycle.
Can I get refunds for cancellations or member removals?
Pro-rated credits are applied for cancellations or removals during an active billing period, which can be used against future charges.
