How do I pay for team members in Grain?
You pay only for users needing recording seats. Additional members are free unless assigned a paid seat during invitation.
Can I have a mix of Free and Paid seats?
Yes, up to 20 free seats are allowed after upgrading at least one member to Starter. Enterprise plans include unlimited free seats with minimum paid seats.
When will billing occur?
