LotusEye

LotusEye

AI-driven anomaly detection for sensor data that automatically learns normal patterns and flags irregularities for prompt alerts.

About LotusEye

LotusEye is a flexible AI-based anomaly detection platform tailored for sensor data. It autonomously learns typical operational patterns and instantly alerts users when anomalies are detected. Designed for ease of use, it allows users to upload data and build models without AI expertise. Premium plans include features like email alerts, API data integration, and team management tools.

How to Use

To get started with LotusEye, upload normal operation data to train your AI model. Then, upload test data to identify anomalies. Review the AI-generated anomaly scores; if scores exceed your set threshold, investigate the equipment status.

FAQs

What types of sensor data are compatible?
We support wide-format CSV files, where each row shows sensor readings at a timestamp, and long-format CSV files with 'Timestamp,' 'Sensor Name,' and 'Sensor Value' columns.
How do I upload sensor data?
Upload CSV files through the interface by selecting or dragging them. Users on the Light plan and above can also upload data via API.
When does the anomaly score become high, and how reliable is it?
Anomaly scores rise when test data deviates from learned normal patterns. Model accuracy depends on training data quality. We recommend training with both normal and abnormal data using the free plan first.
How often are anomaly scores calculated?
Scores are computed hourly. If data timestamps are closer than an hour, values are averaged over each hour before scoring.
Can I use non-sensor numerical data for detection?
Yes, any CSV-formatted numerical data, such as web logs or system outputs, can be used to develop anomaly detection models.
What payment options are available?
We accept credit card payments via Stripe.
Where can I find detailed usage instructions?
Please refer to the User Manual for comprehensive guidance on operating LotusEye.
