How is my photo data used after training?
We securely train our AI model with your photos and store the data safely. To delete your data, simply click 'Delete,' and we will erase all information immediately.
Why do your prices seem high?
AI training involves substantial resource costs, which we incorporate into our pricing to deliver high-quality virtual models and images.
What types of photos should I upload?
Upload a mix of 10 close-ups, 3 side profiles, 5 chest-up shots, and 3 full-body images. Variety in expressions, backgrounds, and angles improves AI accuracy. High-quality, minimal makeup photos work best; nudity is not accepted, but swimwear or underwear is fine.
Where is my data stored?
All data is securely stored on servers located in the United States, managed by trusted third-party providers with high security standards.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within the first 14 days if you haven't trained the AI. After that, refunds are not provided once the training or plan has been used, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
What photo formats do you accept?
We support JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC formats. We do not accept AVIF or GIF files.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not store your credit card details.
Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, after purchasing, visit the invoice page, enter your details, and download your invoice in PDF format.
Where can I use my generated photos?
You are free to use your photos on social media, websites, business cards, or for personal purposes like dating profiles.
