Publer supports Facebook profiles, pages, locations, groups, Instagram business and creator accounts, Threads, TikTok personal and business accounts, Twitter/X, Mastodon, Bluesky, LinkedIn profiles and pages, Pinterest, Google Business Profiles, YouTube channels, WordPress sites, and Telegram groups and channels.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan easily?
Yes, you can change your plan anytime through Settings → Billing. Upgrades and downgrades are seamless, with billing adjusted accordingly without overcharging or undercharging.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely via PayPro Global or Paddle, depending on your location. Choose monthly or yearly billing options.
Is there a discount for managing many social accounts?
Yes. For every 9 social accounts, the 10th is free. For example, managing 20 accounts costs only for 18. Larger organizations receive volume discounts with our Enterprise plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, cancellations are possible anytime via Settings → Billing. You can continue using the paid features until your current billing cycle ends, unless you request a refund.
What is the refund policy?
You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund. After this period, refunds are pro-rated, and discounts for yearly payments may no longer apply.
Why are there daily posting limits?
Limits help prevent spam and ensure fair resource allocation. They also maintain positive relationships with social networks and prevent abuse.
