FAQs

What distinguishes standard plans from AI-enhanced plans?
AI-enhanced plans utilize TextGears AI for superior text analysis and corrections. However, AI support varies by language. If broad language support is your priority, standard plans are ideal. The Demo plan allows testing with or without AI features.
How is the length of the text measured?
Text length is determined by the total number of characters, including spaces, punctuation, and line breaks. This limit depends on your subscription plan. Exceeding it results in an error.
What happens if I exceed my request limit?
Exceeding your limit does not disconnect your account. You will receive email notifications when approaching or surpassing the limit. Disconnection occurs only after 15 days of exceeding the quota within your billing cycle.
What does “Choosing a Data Center” mean?
Our servers are located in Estonia, Singapore, and the United States. You can select which cluster to send requests to, ensuring optimal latency or redundancy in case of connection issues.
How does Dictionary Setup work?
Certain plans allow you to customize dictionaries by adding words you want to exclude from error detection. For example, if your system flags a unique term as incorrect, you can add it to prevent future errors.
How reliable is the API service?
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our API. To maximize reliability, you can distribute requests across multiple clusters located in different countries, reducing the risk of connection failures.
