AI credits are consumed whenever Wallu answers questions. Longer responses and advanced features use more credits. On average, one answer costs about 800 credits, with advanced AI responses costing around 7,000 credits.
What is the difference between Lite AI and Advanced AI?
Lite AI is fast, basic, and ideal for simple support tasks. Advanced AI offers deeper, more intelligent responses and consumes 5-10 times more credits, suitable for complex issues.
Are support plans tied to specific users or servers?
Plans are server-specific. All staff members can access the bot’s control panel. Be sure to purchase the plan for the correct server or request a transfer.
What happens if I run out of credits?
The bot stops searching documents for answers but continues to respond to FAQs and similar questions without using credits.
