What distinguishes the Standard, Pro, and Flexible plans?
Standard and Pro plans offer a set number of credits monthly. The Flexible plan allows purchasing credits separately. Both include access to core editing tools like Enhance Photo and Object Remover. Standard Plan offers 50 credits monthly; Pro provides 100 credits. Credits fund AI tools such as image and video generation.
What are credits used for?
Credits enable access to AI-powered features like image and video generation, model creation, and background removal. They require substantial computing resources. Credits in the Flexible plan are valid for two years, while those in Standard and Pro plans remain as long as your subscription is active. Unused credits roll over monthly.
How do I cancel my subscription, and what happens to my credits?
Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before renewal to prevent billing. Your credits will be frozen until you resubscribe. Flexible plan credits are unaffected. After cancellation, your access remains active until the current billing period ends.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on unused plans. For the Flexible plan, refunds apply to unused credits within 7 days. Contact support for assistance. Refunds for Google Play or Apple Store purchases must be requested through those platforms.
